ProCare Customer Portal: Service from Stryker

Return Process

If you have a device that needs to be sent to Stryker for repair, please follow these directions:
  1. Gather the following info
    • Product Serial number
    • Your Stryker hospital account number
    • Valid P.O. number
    • Contact person name and phone number
  2. Call the ProCare Service department at 1-800-624-4422; Option 2
  3. Supply all info above to our Customer Service Representative. They will supply you with an RMA (Return Materials Authorization) number. This acts as a tracking mechanism.
  4. Place your device(s) in a box and write the RMA number given to you on the outside of the box. It is very important you do this, otherwise tracking your device will be difficult.

  7. After using a loaner, please return to our San Jose address.
